HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

You can apply to the program on the Home Partners of America website, and if you’re approved, Marietta Taylor, REALTOR®, will help you find the home you want in Home Partners’ program. Home Partners will buy the home and rent it to you, and you will have 3-5 years of rent certainty with only a one-year financial commitment on the lease.

Most importantly, you can purchase the home you selected from Home Partners at a price established when you enter the Right to Purchase Agreement, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

• Annual household income $50K
• Minimum FICO score 550
• Stable employment
• No history of eviction (eviction filings are held against you within past 5 years)
• No pending bankruptcy (chapter 13 is fine as long as you can prove you are making payments)

Everyone in household over 18 must be included as an applicant & have an acceptable criminal history. No drug distribution/manufacturing.  All other criminal cases reviewed on case-by-case basis.
